The Mummification Process

Shortly after the death, the body is dipped in a special mixture of natron. Then the internal organs were removed, dried, and stored in jars. Once the body dried they would take out the stuffing and replace it with some new ones. The brain area was stuffed with linens and sweet snelling aromas. Then they would wrap the whole entire body with linens and put the body in the coffin then put the body and house hold items in the pyramid and that was the of the body.
